Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number and a direct link to monitor your shipment’s progress.

Please note that orders placed during weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Method and Origin

All orders are shipped directly from our trusted supplier in China.
Because of this, certain shipments may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees, depending on the destination country.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product or shipping price at checkout.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout and depend on:

Responsibility and Tracking

  • Once the tracking information shows that the package has been delivered to the address provided, the responsibility for the shipment transfers to the customer.

  • Customers are expected to ensure that their delivery address is correct. Address corrections must be reported within 24 hours of placing an order.

  • We recommend selecting a delivery address where someone is available to receive the package during normal delivery hours.

If your order is lost in transit, arrives damaged, or is not received within the expected timeframe, please contact our support team at info@sarah&marktoronto.com within 30 days of your shipping confirmation email. We will work with our logistics partners to assist you in resolving the issue.
