At Sarah and Mark Toronto, we take pride in delivering products that meet your expectations. However, we understand that sometimes a return may be necessary. This policy outlines our return process clearly and transparently.

Conditions for Returns

To ensure smooth handling of returns, please review the following conditions carefully:

  • You may request a return only after receiving the item physically.

  • All return shipping costs, including international fees, are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in their original packaging, with all tags and labels attached.

  • Trying on items is permitted, but wearing them beyond fitting purposes is not allowed.

  • Orders placed with the intent to purchase multiple sizes and return some items are not eligible for return.

Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us at info@sarah&marktoronto.com within 14 days of receiving your item.

  2. We will provide the supplier’s return address, which is located in China.

  3. Ship the item back at your own expense, including any customs duties or shipping charges that may apply.

  4. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method (track & trace) to ensure safe delivery.

Refunds

Once the returned item is received and inspected, you will receive a notification confirming the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, the purchase amount will be refunded within 14 days, using the original payment method.

Please note that delays in international shipping or customs clearance may extend refund processing times.

Liability

  • We are not responsible for lost parcels if tracking information indicates that the package was delivered to the customer’s provided address.

  • If an incorrect address is submitted at checkout, it is the customer’s responsibility.

  • Any address errors must be reported within 24 hours of placing the order.
